Day one: Learn the Art of True Meditation to Relax and Destress

Communication skills - address your fear of Public Speaking

Improve your ability to communicate and listen in relationships.

Build mutually empowering relationships.

Day Two

Using the Power of the Mind. Understand how the subconscious works. Use techniques to awaken the third eye and use the heart to manifest the life you desire.

By the end of the workshop participants will understand more about the Energy system, the Emotional body and how to work with it, the importance of meditation and how to do it, along with improved Communication skills and feeling more empowered to create and manifest the life they want.

Be in the moment and experience the power to bring your life back into balance with amazingly simple techniques to re-connect you with your true self and bring the fun, joy and playfulness back into your life.

A deposit of $200 is required if paying by $200 instalments

Itinerary for the weekend

Anything in red is included in the weekend package price!

Arrive at the Coolangatta Airport Friday evening and travel to the front door of Mantra Suncity, Surfers Paradise by Shuttle Bus where you will be greeted and shown to your very roomy 3 bedroom apartment. Twin Share rooms.

Single room accommodation is available at an extra cost.

Supper provided before a good nights sleep in your resort apartment

Breakfast is provided each day in the beautiful Sayas Restaurant

Saturday and Sunday Workshops 10-4pm:

2 days of experiencing powerful tools and techniques to relax, empower and show you how to manifest the life you desire whilst improving productivity

Lunch provided Saturday and Sunday.

Enjoy a wonderful evening Thai meal in authentic surroundings (alcohol not included)

Book your personal massage before or after the workshop, Friday or Saturday evening.

Choose to enjoy the resort facilities, the golden beach or local shopping in your time

The Shuttle bus will drop you at the airport in plenty of time for a relaxing flight home.
